This fun meal can be made ahead for a week-end family dinner or easily scaled up for a barbecue get-together.
This recipe was by no means some sort of fusion experiment. One day I just really felt like tacos, and the only protein in the fridge was paneer. I say, use what you've got and see what magic mash-up makes it to your table!
All the sides are linked to in the main recipe, but feel free to keep it simple and top your tacos with some shredded lettuce, thinly sliced cucumber, sour cream and cherry tomatoes.
