Quick, easy, and oh-so-addictive!
This is one of those dishes I find myself craving if I haven't made it in a while. It's very quick to make and is full of that addictive umami flavour that clings to the crisp, sesame-crusted tofu and makes it so more-ish. Feel free to change up the vegetables; broccoli florets, snow peas, baby corn, celery...they will all work here. Serve with some thin rice noodles, fresh chow mein noodles or brown rice.
